Level of Care Charges (Charged in areas based on amount of care required)

Level 1- Basic Room and board fee- no additional charge, resident is mostly independent with activities of daily living.

Level 2- Basic room and board fee- plus an additional charge of $300/month. Resident require a moderate amount of additional staff assistance.

Level 3- Basic room and board fee- plus an additional charge of $450/month. Resident requires significant amount of additional staff assistance.

Hospice- Basic room and board fee- plus an additional charge of $500/month. Resident requires increasing amounts of care and coordination with hospice agency.
